When I have done searches in search engines for “ free templates” most of the responses are either ones you have to pay for in disguise OR there is some kind of catch which ends up costing money .

Does anybody know of any sites that offer a good free templates?

It seems that in today's society nothing is free any more. Sorry I can't be of help, but I don't know any sites that offer free templates. I would suggest you are better off making your own (or asking a friend who is able to, to make one for you), because I don't think there is much out there for free
