I made my page say as domain.com listing any link to other domain that contains certain link back to domain.com

Do search engines dislike it?

First of all make it clear that is back link of your site or it is out bound from your site.
If it is back link to your site then search engine will like it or if it is out bound link from your site to any other site then you are not going to get any benefit out of it.
