I would like to replace the PhPBB logo with the club own - how do I do this
? also I would like to change the forum colours - possible black, again how do I do this.

At the moment you can't change the logo in your forum due to limitations in the forum software. We need to find a plugin that makes that possible first.

To change the theme of your forum you need to visit the admin page, scroll down to Styles Admin and select Add. There you can install a few new themes to use in your forum.
