In handling my transaction what is the best program among this two.PHP or CGI?I am selling services about designing their machinery if you want to know what is my business.Hope you can help me.Thanks again.

I would go for PHP because it works on all kinds of servers and it's easy to program and to find help when you need.

I don't do CGI scripting but I love PHP and would have to agree with bylla, PHP is a great and fast language, i made my own small billing program in PHP although it really isn't advanced but i do plan on making it more advanced i just need to time to do it , anyhow go for PHP!

yes i have checked everything even re-installed the server and perl and php. all i get is the code for the cgi/php files.
