2 Corinthians 10:3-5

God speaks to people's hearts, and there are many weapons of Christ that get past a person's arguments to reach their heart. You can argue with people all day about why they should become Christian. But you get the same result as when you try to argue with a child. The matter what you say that always come up with more reasons or excuses as to why they're right - why they don't need Jesus. That is why it's better to use the "weapons" of God such as love and setting an example through your life.

When I look at Jesus' life I don't see him going around to all of the teachers and religious leaders and entering into discussions with them where he points out all the scriptures that prove he's the Messiah. No, he didn't spend his time arguing with people to prove who he was. Instead he went out and showed people God through his love for others, his kindness, and his life. He used the weapons of God be get past a person's mental arguments and into a person's soul.
