I have started my second site using different software and I am unsure of where to start looking for shipping rules. I am using a php cart and am using WYSIWYG software. How do I or where do I start to learn how to incorporate a shipping rule for my products. I have another site selling sunglasses where I charge $6.95 for one pair or free shipping on two pair or more, I would like to do the same with my watch website. I would also like to have two shipping rules for two different countries, one for the us and one for canada. The shipping rule for canada will be a different rule of course because shipping cost more.

Can anyone help me get started? I would appreciate any advice you have. Thanks in advance and I hope to learn a lot from this forum as I just joined today and maybe make some friends along the way.

I'm not exactly sure since that depends on the shopping cart system you're using.
