Thank you for all of your help. I have one other question regarding the cookie password protect. When I add a new user under the admin page, should an e-mail automatically be generated and sent to the user I have added? If yes - it currently is not being sent so is there anything I need to do? If no- how do I generate this e-mail?

When you add people manually from the admin page no email is sent at all. Maybe we add a checkbox in future versions so you can select if the join email should be sent or not?
