I am running Cookie Password protection 2.9 but currently do not require any paid membership. I would like to change this to a paid membership. I do not want to make it where anyone can join as this is a user specific group that the website is for. what would I need to change or add in to make this possible? For future new users I have a form they submit to me, and currently I input their info to the website manually and eventually I will make this automated. right now this allows me to screen the user and to either allow or disallow them access to the website. So how would I make future users pay the membership fee, too?

Setup a new user group in the admin area and make your pages only accessible by them. Then use the payment code found for for that group in the admin area to link new users to the PayPal payment form.
