I installed xampp this afternoon and Im having problems making it function. Well I dont know how to open the Server and the Xampp Control Panel is open. I have Windows Vista Home Basic.

I will appreciate any help I get for Im really dumb at the moment - Someone already told me that maybe webdevelopment is not for me but I would love to learn it.
