1. Some banks may block Internet purchases, but I'm not sure. I know for sure there are banks out there who will let their customers decide an amount and then get a temporary card number for Internet purchases. Once the card number has been used on one site it can't be used any more.
2. International addresses can be a problem, but you can get around it by adding 4 text fields for the address (ie no field for state). That way the users can write their addresses as they like. Since you don't have to ship anything I suggest you use for example ClickBank.com or 2checkout.com for credit card processing. They also accept cheques and Clickbank can even accept PayPal payments.
