How to remove Powered by Cookie Password Protection at the end of each page?

I paid for this script and it is kind annoying to see that line.

I noticed that Cookie Password Protection 2.7 take payment via PayPal, but is there any ways for us to take a subscription payment via PayPal.. so that the paid members will stayed as subscribers until they cancel their subscription and don't have to make payment manually each month?

You can still use Paypal subscriptions but you have to cancel the membership manually when your users cancel the PayPal subscription.
