I'm kind of embarrassed to ask such a basic question, but I've installed the plug-in and I'm trying to follow the instructions:
"Once you have the page setup you can go to "Edit page" > "Mobile" and there you see your secret email address. It should be something like [Random characters]@m.facebook.com."

But I have no such option under "Mobile". I do have the following, which seems to be something different:
"Now you can have a username for your Facebook profile
Easily direct friends, family, and coworkers to your profile with a Facebook username. Here are some suggestions, but feel free to type in one of your own. You will not be able to edit or transfer this username once you set it."

Sorry to be this confused. I seem to be the only one. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

thanx much.
Dan

Go to the page you've created (it's not our wall, s you have to create a page first), then click on Edit Info and you should see this menu:

Click on Mobile to see your email address.

you need to contact the Facebook support, because that's not something we can do anything about.

Is there a reason why it would stop working? Or does it just take really long at times between the time you post and it appears on FB? Today's post has not appeared yet. I love this plug in because it automates things. Any thoughts?

thanx!

It should send the email directly after the post has been published and I don't see any reasons why it should stop working if it worked previously.

The only two things I can think of you should check is the email address (if you change/update it you need to change in the plugin too) and also check if there are any problems with sendmail on the server.

If the post got a custom field that indicates yes as value then the plugin has sent the email, so in that case the plugin has done its job and the problem is somewhere in the email communication.

Check the above and get back.
