How do you get listed in dmoz? I have tried submitting my sites several times and have never succeeded at all. One time When I submitted a .com sites the .biz compettitor was added and that site had less content and not as smart functions as my site.

What are dmoz editors looking for at a site? I have submitted new (not under construction) web sites and old sites with 20,000+ incomming links without any success at all.

To me it looks like it's first prize in a lottery if you site gets listed. Am I wrong?

For one thing...

You are only supposed to submit your website 1 time a year to DMOZ. If you submit more than once a year, well better luck next year. They are totally too picky.
