With the menu on the left, the grey box at the top says "our services"

with the css i've used it automatically applies the box around the text and all was well.... Until I've been asked to change that to an actual link.

As soon as I do that it changes to one of the blue links down the side.

How can I get it to stay looking the same but still be a link?
