 Post subject: Have to Login Everywhere?

Points:
I finally have it working ( kind of sort of ) thanks to bylla but now it wants to login everywhere. Everytime I place the " include("protection.php"); " tag it makes me relogin. It also will not let me make changes with admin at all.

I understand by reading the archives that it is because of the cookie settings but all the changes that I have made so far hasn't worked.

Here is what I got in the settings:

// Cookie path. Usually /
$CookiePath = "members.mysite.com";

// The domain name where the cookie will be used
$CookieDomain = "members.mysite.com";

I also tried turning the " register_global" on & off too but no good.

All the files are located in the same subdomain folder. Is that a good idea or what?

Can someone out there PLEASE help me? Thanks again to bylla for all her help so far.

You need to se cookie path to / instead of your domain name because with the current setting your cookies will only work at http://members.mysite.com/members.mysite.com/.
